1. Laws agreement

By using KRNG Services you agree to respect any law, we are based in Quebec, Canada so we are following Justice Laws Website and any laws that are provided by your own country on online website's laws.

2. Consequences

2.1 - We may prevent you from using any of our services by moderating your account (ban) for the following;

Breaking ToS

Exploiting data

Tempting a DDoS attack on any of our pages

Misusage or wrong usage of our services

3. Contact abuse

Do not abuse any of our contact methods, you cannot send more than one request at a time, you CAN request an acceleration review if the review hasn't been operated in 15 buisness days.

We prevent from being contacted on any days that we aren't opened and we can be processing a lot of demands in our opened time, so please be aware that a request could take longer than expected to be answered.

3.1 - Contact issue

If you have any issues with contacting us and/or issues about a krng staff, please write a complain to us (complain@krng.org), complains can take over to 60 days to be processed and if we tag it as false report the account could recieve a warning, if abused, a permanent ban from any of our services.

3.2 - Respect

As a client, you acknowledge to be kindful to our employees, wich we should also be in return. Any kind of disrespect will be punished by our accounts management team and/or our administration team.

4. Users rights

What can you/can you not do on and with our services

4.1 - You CAN;

Create an account

Report an issue

Write us a complain

Use our free public services

Use our paid services under paid subscription

4.2 - You CANNOT;

Modify our source codes and/or any of our services code, they are private and protected by our copyrights, they are also not supposed to be shared and you cannot use part of our codes to make your own, please start from scratch, we have multiple teams working on each of our projects for multiple days to make them what they are.

Use under your own name our public serveices or paid liscences (Except on private demand, wich the code becomes yours, we will never revoke access to a private code in any circumstance, except the ones where it goes against KRNG Private Services Policy)

Give your subscription key to anyone, especially online, we are using 1 time use keys, some are temporary, some are permanent depending on your package choice.

By acknowledging to our Terms of Services, you also acknowledge to any of the following;

- KRNG Privacy Policy

- KRNG Private Services Policy

- KRNG Online Public Services Policy

- KRNG Online Subscription Services Policy

- KRNG Legal Compliance

- KRNG Custom Private Services Policy

And any other that could potentially be added in the future!
